Prepared Childbirth

The prepared childbirth class series includes 12 hrs of instruction, covering all aspects of the labor and delivery process, hospital procedures for both mother / baby and the postpartum period. Birth will be presented as a natural normal process and parents will be encouraged to coordinate with their physicians to make informed / educated decisions about their pregnancy and labor/delivery experience. Information will be presented using The Complete Childbirth Class power point along with various posters and videos. Prepared Childbirth The family Way) text book will also be used as a reference by the instructor and given to each couple to reference at home.  All classes will be provided by certified childbirth educators.
